In Canada, each province and territory is in charge of their own education system.

Post-secondary schools
Post-secondary schools are:

  • colleges
  • universities
  • private career colleges and
  • vocational and technical schools.

Each post-secondary school has its own set of rules on how to apply, including the level of English or French you need to be accepted.

Designated learning institutions
Provinces and territories approve (or “designate”) schools that can enrol international students. These schools are known as designated learning institutions (DLI).
If you need a study permit, your acceptance letter must be from a DLI. If it isn’t, we will refuse your application.

                 If you have 2 year Student Visa = Seek 3 year Post Study Work Permit
                 Work Full time and gain Work Experience
  • STEP 10: Apply for PR

STUDY-WORK-PR PATHWAY FOR MATURE STUDENTS

    Guidance and Training is our scope of work for IELTS
    You need minimum 6 in each section of Listening Reading Writing and Speaking and overall 6.5
    We provide a detailed training course which includes Grammar + Tips and Strategies on each module + Books + Reference Material
    FEES: 20000 INR

  • STEP 2:COURSE SELECTION
    We help you Select a Course which requires Work Experience / expertise in the respective field.
    For Mature students, always select a program which is in-line with your current Work Experience.
    Also, make sure that the course you select is in-line with the previous higher education that you have completed.

  • STEP 3:APPLICATION FEES
    We will help you find scholarship options and Application fee discounts

    Application Fees to be paid to the College / University
    Application Fees: 150 CAD – 200 CAD X 3 – 4 colleges
    Approximately 800 CAD

  • STEP 4:OFFER LETTER
    Receive an offer Letter
    Pay Tuition Fees – Approximately 8 to 8.5 Lakhs (Scholarship Included)
    Pay GIC of 10000 Cad (Yearly Living Expense + Food + Miscellaneous )

  • STEP 5:VISA PROCESS
    Apply for Visa
    Through Lawyer (Optional)
    Get Medical done
    Visa Fees to be paid directly to IRCC

  • STEP 6:STUDY VISA PERMIT
    Duration : 1 Year ie, 12 Months
    Work : Part Time ie 20 hours / Week
    Work – Earn and Spend on studies
    Includes Internship of 4 Months (Optional)

  • STEP 7:POST STUDY WORK PERMIT
    Duration: 1 Year ie 12 Months
    Work : Full Time ie 40 Hours / Week
    Multiple Jobs / Multiple Employer are acceptable

  • STEP 8:PR OPTIONS
    Depending on provinces, you can select PR Options.
    Based on the candidate profile, we select province for you for faster PR option
    For Mature students more than 38 years – recommended provinces are Atlantic provinces, Manitoba and other
    You can also be eligible for Canadian Experience Class or Express Entry based on your CRS score.

PR – EXPRESS ENTRY ROUTE

Canada ranks candidates in the pool using a points-based system called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). They select the highest-ranking candidates from the pool and invite them to apply for permanent residence.

Express Entry is the fast immigration program to enter Canada. Few things that can add your points in Express Entry:

  • IELTS Score of 8777 / CLB 9
  • Masters Qualification
  • Relative in Ontario
  • Work Experience
  • And other

PR THROUGH PNP OPTION

Provincial Nomination Programs are for those who do not qualify in Express Entry. There are multiple PNP options depending on the Qualification, age, IELTS, relatives / friends in the province and many other parameters. Each PNP program has different ways of operation and requirements depending on the Job market and demands in the province.

You can get 600 points after nomination in PNP program.

Business Start-up and Investment Program

Canada offers a Business Start-up Program which is a Federal program. Also, there are Investment programs offered by multiple provinces.
The Start Up program requires you to prepare a Business Proposal and other formalities which will help you seek your PR aspirations.
